Dan is the smiley one. Years of experience as a freelance camera operator and editor helped him hone his filmmaking skills, as well as perfect his smile. Always the optimist, Dan specialises in making the mundane look spectacular. You will find Dan behind the camera, directing or editing.
Did we mention Dan has a smile that could melt butter on a cold winter’s day?
Filmmaker
Francis is our resident Kiwi. Like the fruit, he’s hairy and bursting with creative juices. He’s well-travelled, friendly and very chatty, so make sure you ask him about his adventures. Francis is multi-skilled so you’ll find him out on shoots and editing in the studio.

Alex is fresh-faced from the Big Smoke. In the end, Bristol’s laid-back, coffee-sipping and cider-guzzling culture proved too much of a draw (it gets them all).
Like a clock, his last job involved a lot of Tik-Tok but he’s also a master with a good story.
Multi-talented, you’ll find him out on shoots and in the studio editing.
Partner - Photographer
Adam’s our partner photographer extraordinaire. He works in editorial and commercial.
He’s a ninja on shoots, there’s not a loose flash or stray lens hood anywhere to be found.
He works seamlessly in the background with the video team until it’s his turn to step up and then captures beautiful images.
